CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
Product Cancellation and Refund Policy
Day Membership The daily Membership product cannot be cancelled by you.

No refunds are available for any reason whatsoever in relation to the daily Membership product.

 

Month Membership The monthly Membership product cannot be cancelled by you.

No refunds are available for any reason whatsoever in relation to the monthly Membership product.

 

Annual Membership Annual Membership may be cancelled within 7 days of the date the Membership commenced (“Cool Off Period”), subject to you having not utilized and/or purchased any of our services during the Cool Off Period. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that any of our services have been used and/or purchased during the validity period of an annual Membership, you shall not be entitled to cancel the annual Membership and/or receive any refund (in whole or in part).
The above terms apply notwithstanding how payment was made and through which platform the transaction was placed.
REFUNDS FOR JUST ASK SERVICES
Payments made in connection with services performed, or to be performed, by us (“Just Ask Services”) shall be entirely non-refundable. For the avoidance of doubt, such services include (but are not limited to) driver services, wrapping services, grocery services, service fees, booking fees and any other services rendered by the us.
REFUNDS FOR SUPPLIER SERVICES
We shall not be liable to give any refunds whatsoever in connection with services and/or goods provided, or to be provided, by a Supplier, notwithstanding whether such Supplier was engaged by us to perform the services and/or supply the goods. In such circumstances, you shall be required to communicate directly with the relevant Supplier to negotiate any refund, exchange or other settlement.
REFUNDS FOR GOODS PURCHASED
Refunds for goods purchased by us on behalf of you are only available if the Supplier of those goods provides a full refund to us, and any such refund will be governed by the terms and conditions of that particular purchase from the Supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, if we are not entitled to receive a refund from a Supplier in respect of goods that are purchased by us pursuant to an instruction from you, all amounts paid by you shall be entirely non-refundable. Any refund to be provided by us to you shall be strictly subject to us first receiving the relevant refund from the Supplier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR TICKETS
Refunds for tickets purchased, by us on behalf of you, are only available if the Supplier of those tickets provides a full refund to us, and any such refund will be governed by the terms and conditions of that particular purchase from the Supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, if we are not entitled to receive a refund from a Supplier in respect of tickets that are purchased by us pursuant to an instruction from you, all amounts paid by you shall be entirely non-refundable. Any refund to be provided by us to you shall be strictly subject to us first receiving the relevant refund from the Supplier.

You acknowledge that any tickets purchased by us on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier. You shall communicate directly with the supplier in respect of any desired changes and or cancellation requests, and we shall have no liability and/or responsibility in respect of such requests.

TIME PERIOD AND MODE OF PAYMENT FOR PROCESSING REFUND
In the event that a refund is due to you pursuant to this policy, we shall use reasonable endeavours to process any such refunds within seven (7) working days of the refund being approved.

All refunds will be processed via the same payment method as was used for the initial purchase. Where a refund is payable to a Payment Card, it must be processed onto the same Payment Card.

DISPUTE IN CASE OF REFUND
If you are unhappy with the service received, a formal complaint should be made to customerservice@yourconcierge.com.

By purchasing a Membership and/or products from us, you acknowledge and agree that in case of a dispute regarding your entitlement to any cancellation and/or refunds, our decision will be final.

DEFINITIONS
we”, “us”, “our” means Meraas Concierge LLC, trading as “Your Concierge” and “Just Ask Your Concierge”.

Payment Card” means a credit card or debit card.

Membership” means a daily, monthly and/or annual subscription to a membership product with us.

Supplier” means any third party provider (other than Meraas Concierge LLC and/or any of its affiliates including, their respective trading entities) delivering services and/or supplying goods and/or tickets in connection with a Membership.
